Europe's independent EV repair network
Take the EV repair market in your country.
Every electric car sold today becomes a repair problem tomorrow. The industry answers with a new battery pack. We answer at cell level, and we license the entire system to one partner per country.
The network
Where we are, and where we are not.
Every centre, every signed territory and every country still open, live from our headquarters in Zagreb. A dashed outline means the master licence for that country is unclaimed.
Connecting…
Scale · Cell
One bad cell should not cost a car.
A dealer reads a fault code, sees a pack out of balance and quotes a replacement. We open the pack, measure every cell, and replace the ones that failed. Same car, same warranty conditions on the work, a fraction of the invoice.
That capability is not a tool you buy. It is procedures, training and instrumentation built over years of reverse engineering, and it is what the franchise transfers to you.
- Cells measured per pack 96 — 444
- Typical fault population 2 — 6 cells
- Dealer response full pack replacement
- EV Clinic response cell-level repair
Scale · Module
The margin lives inside the pack.
Opening a high-voltage pack safely, diagnosing it at module level and putting it back together is the highest-value work in the aftermarket, and almost nobody outside the manufacturers can do it. That is the whole business case for a centre.
Alongside packs, centres handle drive units, on-board chargers, inverters and BMS repair, plus our own EOLHC battery health assessment used by fleets, insurers and buyers before a car changes hands.
Scale · Pack
A repair system, not a workshop sign.
Franchisees receive documented procedures for every job, our diagnostic software, the fixtures and equipment list, component supply from our own recovery channels, and remote engineering support from Zagreb when a car does something new.
Technicians are certified through EVC Academy before a centre opens, and re-certified as the platform coverage grows.
- Diagnostics EVC proprietary software suite
- Training EVC Academy certification
- Parts recovered and tested HV components
- Support engineering escalation, R&D centre
Scale · Network
One partner. One country. Every centre in it.
A master franchise is not a single workshop. You hold the rights to the EV Clinic brand and system in your territory, open your own flagship centre, and then recruit and support sub-franchisees across the country.
You earn on your own repair operation, on the initial fees your sub-franchisees pay, on ongoing royalties, and on parts and equipment flowing through your territory.
Inside the R&D centre
Not a render.
Everything above this line is drawn by code. Everything below it is Zagreb, on an ordinary working day.
Live
Live
The licence
What you receive on day one.
Everything a technical business needs to open and then replicate. Nothing you have to reverse engineer yourself.
Trademark rights
Exclusive use of the EV Clinic marks in your territory, registered and maintained by us, plus the full brand and interior standard.
EVC Academy
Certification for your technicians in Zagreb and on site, covering HV safety, pack teardown, module and cell work, drive units and BMS.
Diagnostic software
Our in-house diagnostic and battery analysis software, developed from our own reverse engineering, not available on the open market.
Component supply
Access to tested high-voltage components, cells, modules and drive unit parts through our established recovery and supplier channels.
Procedures and support
Written repair procedures, equipment specification, workshop layout, pricing framework, and engineering escalation to our R&D team.
Sub-franchise rights
The contracts, onboarding material and commercial model to sign and support your own franchisees across the territory.
Fit
Who we sign.
Technical credibility matters more than an existing garage. Most of our strongest partners came from electronics, motorsport or fleet operations rather than classic aftermarket.
Capital for a real facility
Workshop space, HV equipment, tooling and working capital for the first year of operation.
An engineering mindset
You or a partner can lead technical work, hire technicians and hold them to a standard.
Intent to build a network
You want the territory, not one shop. Sub-franchise development is part of the agreement.
Process
From first call to first car.
Introductory call
You describe the territory, your background and your capital position. We describe the model and the numbers openly.
Territory review
We size the EV parc, competition and fleet base in your market together, and agree the territory boundaries and targets.
Visit to Zagreb
Two days at the R&D centre. You see live pack repairs, meet the engineering team, and we assess technical fit both ways.
Agreement and Academy
Master franchise agreement signed, territory locked, technicians enter certification while the facility is prepared.
Flagship centre opens
Launch with our support on site, then begin sub-franchise recruitment in the territory.
Next step
Tell us which country you want.
Send your market, your background and your timeline. If the territory is open, you will get the full brief with fees, requirements and financials.
